Electrotherapy

TENS (Transcutaneus Electrical Neuro-Stimulation) is designed to reduce pain by stimulating the release of endorphins and enkephalins, hormones that are natural painkillers. Indications for TENS: pain of various origins, both chronic and acute.

EMS (Electromyostimulation) aims to stimulate muscles to contract, strengthen them, improve their nutrition and resistance to fatigue.

EMS is indicated for muscle atrophy from numerous orthopaedic and neurological conditions, and to prevent muscle atrophy when movement is contraindicated.
